Hello Mercy Family!!!

It is already March!!! The season that reminds us of what God did for all –  sent His Only Son…born of the Virgin Mary, lived as a human, taught us how to truly love, died a cruel death and then on the 3^rd day ROSE to life eternal…EASTER. What a Gift!!!

This email is to THANK YOU for all that you have been doing since the beginning of the calendar and to give you a quick update on several items occurring at Mercy:

• I know that eCW implementation has been indescribably difficult but we are making progress and we are grateful for your hard work and stamina during this time. Please know that we are all aware of the hardship that it has caused but the actual operations is supposed to be well worth it for everyone concerned.
• Update on the CMO Search – we have had 4 physicians visit and are currently scheduling 3 more, the first of which is next week. Rick Donlon, Interim CMO has agreed to stay longer and we are grateful.
• We will have an ALL STAFF meeting on the afternoon of March 27^th …it should be already on the calendar and we will discuss the strategic plan for the upcoming new FY…AND celebrate your accomplishments…Please stay tuned for details.
• Reminding you to please park in the back lots. We have patients who cannot find parking places and we want to serve them well.
• Margaret Owens has agreed to assist with grants since we lost Gabby Durik. Margaret will be working under the direction of Jennifer Waugh so please be supportive when asked for information.
• Sharling Grummon is supporting Mercy with HR direction and strategy and congratulations to Phil Rose, who has been promoted to HR Business Partner.
